We handle service requests on a first come, first serve basis.
If you need to have a tune up performed on a specific date, no worries, we got you covered!

Ski/Snowboard Tuning Pick-up Policy
All tuning services will be completed in a timely manner. It is expected that the customer will promptly pick-up and pay for all labor and parts used. Any equipment left in shop for more than 6 months with no response from the owner will be considered shop property and sold to recoup storage fees and debts associated with the equipment.
We will make every attempt to contact the owner of the equipment before any sale is made.
All repair/tune up sales are final and no compensation will be provided for owners who do not pick up their equipment.
