Saturday, February 2nd

This Saturday, February 2nd we will be having the bicycle maintenance class as well as both spin classes.  Bicycle maintenance will be covering disc brakes.  We will discuss different types of brakes, fluids used in different systems, pad replacement, pad material composition, and then we will make adjustments on both hydraulic disk brakes and on mechanically(cable actuated) disk brake systems.

The first spin class will take place at 10:00a.m. and there are still 2 spots available as of this moment, so if you want in call or send an e-mail and we will put you on the list.  The second session starting at 11:30a.m. still has 7 spots available, call or e-mail if you would like to be put in this class as well.  Remember to show up 10 minutes early to get set up.  I'll tell you what though this warm weather has me itching to get out, spring is definitely on the way.
